Please note that the Ontario Hilton Hotel does not recommend shipping anything to the hotel on the weekend. They may not have staff available to properly handle any weekend shipments. Also note that this 2009 event is occurring on a Sunday. This means that next day saturday shipping is not possible. Vendors within the area should pack up their corals early Sunday morning. Vendors driving in from far away could pack up their corals Saturday evening. Arrive late saturday night. Get a few hours sleep and then setup their booths. As part of their Golden Sponsorship for this event Reeffarmers is offerring 1 of their 125 gallon reef systems that can be used to hold vendor corals for 1 to 2 days. A vendor should ship their corals as a Fed Ex hold for pickup to the Fed Ex office located near Reeffarmers and the Hilton Hotel. These should arrive on the Friday or Saturday before the SW-CFM event. Please contact Reeffarmers to get the details.
