Vendor Entrance Near Event Rooms

Please note that this March 1st 2009 Event is a one-day event. As such, we have not made any arrangements with the hotel for discounted room rates as of yet. We anticipate that only a small percentage of people attending this event will stay in the area over night. If you intend to spend the night in the area please let us know. If the demand is there, we will inquire about a discount rate with the hotel. Also note that for this 2009 event we are located within the largest venue located within the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel. The entrance for attendees is located furthur within the Hotel near the main Atrium. That entrance will be located right behind the lobby lounge. The vendor entrance is located about half way back on the west side of the hotel within a walled in dock area.

Special note - We have moved this event one week later in the year to avoid scheduling on the same day as the NASCAR race in Fontana and to avoid being scheduled on the same day as the Acadamy Awards. Those are both major events within the Southern California area. This should make it easier for people to attend our event from outside of California. For the weekend of March 1st 2009, there should be plenty of local hotel rooms available.

The Hilton Ontario Airport is located in one of the safest areas in the Inland Empire, between the Ontario Mills Mall and the Ontario International Airport. For other accomodations, we would recommend staying within the geographic area located north of the 10 freeway, west of the 15 freeway and east of Vineyard street.

For those of you flying into the Ontario International Airport, the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel has a complimentary 24 hour hotel shuttle. There are also taxi cab rides available to the hotel and they typically cost around $10 one way from the Ontario International Airport.
