Purchasing Tickets
Tickets for the 2009 SouthWestern Coral Farmers Market will be made available for online purchase during the winter 2008 through our shopping cart web page. When tickets are available for sale a link will appear here. That shopping cart has a secure transaction, but we did have some problems with the security renewel due to an email address change. That is why the name warning is displayed. If you wish to manually purchase a ticket anytime you can email (sales@sw-cfm.com) or call (909-989-9708) afternoon to evenings PST. We manually accept visa, mc and paypal payments. Tickets for the March 1st 2009 event are currently just $15.00 and will remain that price until 4 weeks before the event date. On February 2nd the online ticket price will increase to $25.00. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door during the event, but the price at the door will be $30.00 each and they may be limited by occupancy restrictions.
Please note - For this March 1st 2009 event, we are located in the largest venue within the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel. The entrance for attendees is located furthur within the Hotel near the main Atrium. That entrance will be located right behind the lobby lounge.
The SW-CFM and the Hilton Ontario Airport Hotel are not responsible for any injury caused to any ticket holder. They are also not responsible for damage to any property or any theft of goods that occur at this event. Criminal activities by ticket holders will be reported to the police. The SW-CFM is also not responsible for refunds caused by the enforced closing of this event due to activities of ticket holders. This is one of the safest areas within the Inland Empire area of Southern California. Typically during this time of year weather forcasts could include rain. Ticket holders are recommended to wear long pants and perhaps a lite coat. You should also bring an insulated container such as an igloo to hold your coral purchases. The ideal container would be a cooler with wheels and a large handle. Farmers will be packaging their corals in styrafoam cups and plastic bags. Larger purchases may include a well insulated container.
